Refund Policy
Fair rules for services and digital products, so both sides know where they stand.
01Design & development services
If you cancel before work starts, any deposit is refunded minus payment-processing fees. Once work has started, the deposit covers time already spent. Completed milestones are not refundable; unfinished milestones can be refunded pro-rata.
02Digital products & licences
Themes, plugins and licence keys are digital goods that are delivered immediately. Once a licence has been issued or activated, it generally cannot be refunded. If the product does not work as described and I cannot fix it, I will request a refund from the vendor where their policy allows, or refund you directly.
03Annual renewals
Annual licences are not auto-renewed by me. I will remind you before expiry; you decide whether to renew.
04Affiliate hosting purchases
If you buy hosting through my affiliate link, your contract is with the hosting company and its own refund policy applies. I do not process those payments.
05How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
