01Services & quotes
Prices shown as “from” are starting prices. The final price is confirmed in a written quote based on the features and scope you request. Work begins once the quote is accepted and any agreed deposit is received.
02Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, logos, access and feedback in reasonable time, and confirm you have the right to use everything you supply. Delays on your side can move the delivery date.
03Ownership
After full payment, you own the custom design and content delivered for your project. Third-party themes, plugins and fonts remain under their own licences. I may show the finished work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
04Revisions & support
The quote states the number of revision rounds included. Further changes, new features or ongoing maintenance are quoted separately.
05Limitation of liability
I do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales. To the extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product concerned.
06Trademarks
Product and company names (such as WordPress, WooCommerce, WoodMart, Rank Math, GreenGeeks) belong to their respective owners. Their use here is for identification only and does not imply endorsement unless stated.
